Service Description

This workshop is for anybody who wants to improve their performance in physical activities, decrease their risk of injuries, and help their joints move through their full range of motion. For real, flexibility training can do all that. If you want to learn about the how's and the why's and what's you can do to maximize your time spent stretching, then this is the workshop for you. No prior knowledge or abilities necessary, every body can benefit from the stretches and information we will be sharing.
