Our Team
Dr Katie Ford, PT DPT
She/Her

Katie is the owner of Cultivate Strength and works as a physical therapist and strength coach specializing in chronic pain and illness, hypermobility, and other conditions that can compromise someone's quality of life and make it difficult for them to engage in a regular movement practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Education and a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and is passionate about health access and education for underserved populations. When she is not lost in a book ignoring her texts, she is spending time with Mr. Cultivate Strength, their two children, and their three dogs, which is in fact too many dogs.

Raven Arnold, APRN
She/Her

Raven is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). This is different from a physician; her training allows her to work as a general practitioner but with the perspective of patient-first care that is so integral to nursing. She uses prescription medications and medical interventions in addition to lifestyle modifications in order to create an individualized treatment plan for every patient. She also has degrees in Forensic Anthropology, regular Anthropology, and nursing. Most importantly, she is from Maine! Wait, I mean, most importantly, she has a husband who is a professor of Ancient and Medieval history, a daughter who is brilliant but sassy, and a needy little Jack Russell terrier.
