Our Team
Dr Katie Ford
She/Her

Katie is the owner of Cultivate Strength and works as a physical therapist and strength coach specializing in chronic pain and illness, hypermobility, and other conditions that can complicate a regular movement practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Education and a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and is passionate about health access and education for underserved populations. When she is not lost in a book ignoring her texts, she is spending time with Mr. Cultivate Strength, their two children, and their three dogs, which is in fact too many dogs.

Kelsey Nicole
She/Her

Kelsey Nicole began teaching yoga in college (Go Pokes!) and has been a fitness instructor for ten years in 2022. From toe-touching to chinstands, she helps students smash their unique goals and live healthier, more bendy lives. She loves to break down every movement from head to toe so that clients get the most efficient workout and build mind-body awareness, the most important skill that we learn when exercising.
She is also a circus performer who specializes in contortion, pole dancing, aerial silks, juggling, and stilt-walking. When not doing all that weird stuff, she is at home with her chickens, dogs, parrots, and husband, watching sitcoms and baking tasty treats.

Myriah Ewing
She/Her

Myriah holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Education and has over four years of experience working as a strength and nutrition coach. When she is not spending time at work or with her husband and the “world’s cutest dogs” [editor’s note: this is the subject of much office controversy], she loves to learn, read, and travel; preferably all at the same time.

As if that isn’t enough, she is also an instructor at the Clary Sage Massage Therapy program and serves on the board for the Oklahoma chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is passionate about education on behalf of all of her clients and the massage therapy and yoga communities. When she is not involved in her advocacy and teaching work, she lives with the “world’s cutest dog” and the world’s most beloved houseplants.
