Hypermobility is truly a spectrum and no two hypermobile bodies ever look the same. It's important to acknowledge that hypermobility is not inherently a bad thing, it is possible to be hypermobile and have no joint pain or health problems. Happy summer! Just kidding, August in Oklahoma is a glimpse into the pits of hell. But after a lot of travel this summer, it does feel very good to be home even though I aquire physical damage every time I step outside my door.
